search_result自転車で都内を走る上では地図はどうしても必要です。なるべくなら最短距離を走りたいというのと、線形の悪い道というのは避けたい（迷う原因にもなりますし）。そして、なるべく目標になるものがあればなおのこと。GPSを持っていればいくらかマシにはなるのですが、自転車に装着するタイプの簡易ナビなんかも売っている昨今ですが、衝撃に強いわけじゃないので、あまり望ましくない。そうなると、アナログながら、紙の地図が欠かせません。

といっても、ルート探索であったり、目標地探索はやはりアプリケーションのほうが断然上。そこで検索となるわけなのですが、本日までにGoogle MapsやGoogle Earthを使っていての不満というかサービスの問題点をまとめてみました。いくつかポイントがありますが、自転車というものもポイントの一つになっています。

ついでに、モニタもテカテカの23inchモニタに替え、ワイドな広さを楽しんでいます。おまけにVMWare Fusionの使い勝手も検証中です。パワフルなのに小さいので非常にありがたいハードウェアですね。

自分は日本で生きているので、日本のルールと常識とやらに従わなければ、当然のことながら生活していけなくなるわけなのですが、その中には決して常識ではない、いや、すでに過去の物であるというルールや、行動様式を求められるケースも多々ありますが、それって極端な話そのエリアどころか、その会社だけでしか通用しないことだったりすることを後で知ったりすると、なんだかなぁと思う毎日です。

ですが、そんなくだらないことも、Google Earthで世界中の衛星写真を見ていると、ここにもここの生き方だとか歴史だとか、ルールとかあって、皆それが当然ｔの思って暮らしていて、それが全てって人も中にはいるんだろうか？と思うと、車の駐車場が見つからない程度のことで悩んでいる自分が小さく思え、どうでもいい感じになるので不思議です。

20091023Google Earthの画像を自分が眺める理由の一つとして、そこへ行きたいという欲求でもなく、世界を勉強するという知的な行動でもなく、自分が持っている悩みだとかくだらない拘りだとかが、眺めていると消えていく感じがあるから　というものがあります。

自分は日本で生きているので、日本のルールと常識とやらに従わなければ、当然のことながら生活していけなくなるわけなのですが、その中には決して常識ではない、いや、すでに過去の物であるというルールや、行動様式を求められるケースも多々ありますが、それって極端な話そのエリアどころか、その会社だけでしか通用しないことだったりすることを後で知ったりすると、なんだかなぁと思う毎日です。

ですが、そんなくだらないことも、Google Earthで世界中の衛星写真を見ていると、ここにもここの生き方だとか歴史だとか、ルールとかあって、皆それが当然ｔの思って暮らしていて、それが全てって人も中にはいるんだろうか？と思うと、車の駐車場が見つからない程度のことで悩んでいる自分が小さく思え、どうでもいい感じになるので不思議です。
